Return & Exchange Policy
Apparel & Accessories
For apparel and accessory items that are misprinted or have obvious damage or staining (this is very rare), we will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel or accessories in any other instance.
All apparel and accessory items are printed on-demand, which means each order is unique to the customer. We do not carry inventory and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered by the customer in the wrong size, color, or brand.
Since all of our polishes are handmade with love, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside of our recycle program. We try to capture and display our polish colors as accurately as possible, but if you feel you received something very different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will try to make it right!
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Cosmetics and nail polish
- On-demand printed/produced items (this is most of our apparel & accessory products)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Since we print/produce all of our items on-demand when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered by the customer in the wrong size, color, or brand. If you receive the product in a different size, color, or brand than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund once the item has been returned to us.
For damaged or misprinted items, a refund will be granted once the faulty product has been returned to us. To process a return, please contact customer service.
We may allow to you cancel an order if it has not been put into production yet. However, if the order is in the process of being printed or shipped we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Missing or Delayed Orders
All of our items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. If USPS says the item has been delivered and you have not received it, please check with neighbors, family members and your post office to determine if the package has been delivered to the wrong address. If the package was not marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. If USPS has not marked the package as delivered, it is likely that it is still in transit.
